In this image, Fred Hembeck depicts the Torch battling Captain America. However, it's not Steve Rogers he's fighting but an old foe, the Acrobat. The Silver Age buffs among you may recall that the Acrobat disguised himself as Captain America and tangled with the Torch, before being defeated and unmasked, in Strange Tales #114.
