Here are two images of the cover to Human Torch #10 by Scott Kolins. The first is the published pencil cover art. The second image is the preliminary art. It's interesting that Kolins draws the prelim in such detail and directly in ink while the final, published art is done only in pencil. The preliminary also displays the ruled lines that Kolins uses in order to figure out the appropriate perspective for the scene. I picked up these pieces via the Comic Book Art Gallery.
