Greg LaRocque is well known for his extensive work on numerous Marvel and DC titles. I first discovered his work during his memorable run on the Flash. Here he depicts the Torch putting Iceman down for the count. This commission was arranged directly with the artist. The first image represents the original pencils. Later, I commissioned Joe Rubinstein to ink wash the piece. The results are a bit further down the page.

I commissioned Joe Rubinstein to ink LaRocque's pencils. After viewing the piece, Joe thought it would lend well to an ink wash commission. I agreed and the results made me glad I did.
